Millions of women are infertile. Are they not women? The law says they are. Pregnancy, then, cannot be a basis of sexual difference. Millions of men have some portion of internal female reproductive tracts. And the presence of nipples on all men shows our common transgendered heritage. Apparently, XX and XY are not reliable indicators of sexual difference.
