Even people with vaginas are not of the same sex. We are all sexually unique. Countless factors lead some of us to prefer blondes, and others brunettes, some of us to want a hunk, and others a femme. There are too many different kinds of women, and too many different kinds of men, to bootstrap a gay or straight orientation into a justification for the apartheid of sex. The lust of a lesbian for her lover would be the same even if neither were ever labeled as women.
