The mission of The Putnam County Technical Center, working with parents, community, and industry, is to establish a system characterized by cooperation, collaboration, and innovation, in which the adopted curricula are taught by reespective teachers and mastered by the students. Furthermore, the staff accepts the responsibility to foster students' unique abilities and to encourage the continuation of their education in order to develop student accountability for personal good health, positive attitudes, and responsible behavior in seeking gainful employment.
