The Putnam County Technical Center is found in the beautiful hills of the state of West Vrigina. We are situated in Eleanor between the capitol city of Charleston and the river city of Huntington.
We are primarily a secondary vocational school serving the four high schools in Putnam County. We have a total of twenty secondary programs and four adult programs. Adults may also attend the secondary classed on a space available basis.
Our facility has been in existence since 1968 and consists of 110,000 square feet under one roof.
Our staff consists of thirty men and women that not only have the educational credentials to teach but all have the extensive work experience in their field.
